It is NOT a medical device, nor is it a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 1. Privacy & Data Governance
At VitalMosaic, your privacy is our highest priority. We adhere to stringent HIPAA and FTC data privacy regulations.
- Data Ownership: You own your data. We do not sell your personal health information to data brokers, pharmaceutical companies, or third-party advertisers.
- Data Storage: All medical data is stored on encrypted, compliant servers located within the United States.
- Data Sharing: Your data is only shared with medical professionals when you explicitly grant them access via the platform.
2. SMART on FHIR Integrations
Our platform allows you to connect directly to your healthcare provider's EHR (Electronic Health Record) system via secure SMART on FHIR APIs. By initiating these connections, you authorize VitalMosaic to retrieve your structured clinical data (such as lab results, medications, and clinical notes) on your behalf and store it securely within your VitalMosaic profile.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
VitalMosaic utilizes Artificial Intelligence (our RAIdar™ engine) to assist in organizing and summarizing your health data. The AI does not formulate clinical diagnoses. Its outputs are generated for informational and organizational purposes and must always be independently reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider.
4. User Responsibilities
By using VitalMosaic, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when manually entering health data.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- Use the platform lawfully and not attempt to bypass security measures or access data belonging to other users.
5. Account Deletion and Data Purge
You may request to delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all of your personal health information will be permanently purged from our active databases in accordance with regulatory guidelines. To initiate account deletion, contact our support team or use the purge feature located in your account settings.
